Responsibilities:
- Understanding of project delivery & acceptance processes within a fast-paced business env.
- Monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations.
- Communicate key project plans, commitments, and changes including QA plans, schedule or scope changes.
- Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
- Oversee the delivery plans and the deployment process.
- Arrange and support the downtime process across all phases in tight cooperation with DevOps and Integration teams.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure setup to ensure seamless operations and maintenance of required systems and resources.
- Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required.
- Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Generate various reports on Projects data according to company needs.
Proficiency requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence will be a plus.
- Agile mindset.
- 1-2 years of previous release and/or project management and/or QA experience (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred).
